These terms cover your use of the Be Grateful app. By using the app, you agree to them.
Using the app
Be Grateful is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You're responsible for whatever you write and store in the app.
Purchases
The app is free to use up to a limit of 5 moments in your jar. Beyond that, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks unlimited moments for as long as you use the app. Purchases are billed and processed by the app store you downloaded Be Grateful from — Apple's App Store today, and Google Play once the Android version launches — and are subject to that store's own terms and refund policies. We don't handle payments or refunds directly.
No warranty
Be Grateful is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including loss of data stored on your device.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. If the terms change, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
